REBRANDING Why Story Film
Ask: The brand was looking to refresh, and align their new vision into a story that would lead the culture of the company, and tell key partners their re-invigorated purpose and vision for the future.
Process: Our discovery, research and interviews of dozens of employees and stakeholders identified a pheonix rising. The company / brand was our hero and we were their to tell the WHY story of a company who after 50 years of success was a rocket ship heading to the stars. The key to this project was discovering and incorporating the key brand values and connecting them to the three pillars that make up a WHY story – origin, values, and vision.
Outcome: The film “Legacy to Legendary” launched in August 2021 and has had been remarkably received by the 500 employees and key international partners. “I get tears everytime I watch this,” was the comment heard from one executives. During a time where the corporate vision and culture might have been fuzzy , the film was able to set a trusted trajectory. The film showed innovation, service, trust, passion and determination. All brand virtues that were worked up during our pre-shoot process.
Deliverables: Besides the long form film, assets from 15 seconds to 2 minutes were distributed within the client’s marketing channels.
